Asbestos can be in schools, houses, and commercial buildings – how to manage the risks

Legislation requires property owners and managers to assess premises for the presence of asbestos containing materials and manage the associated risks.

Duty holders need to understand the risks from asbestos and their legal responsibilities to manage those risks.
